This policy explains what Tek Ram Sharma & Sons (trading as TRS Trucking) does with the information you give us through this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site: your name, contact number, email address, and the details of your enquiry or application. If you apply for a role, we also receive the CV you attach.

Why we collect it

Solely to answer you. Enquiry details are used to prepare a response and, where relevant, to plan the movement you asked about. Job applications are used to consider you for the role.

Who sees it

Only our own staff. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing. Form submissions are delivered to our email through a form processing service acting on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is kept as long as it is commercially relevant. Job applications are kept on file for up to twelve months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any cookies present are strictly necessary for the site to function.
